Getting Here

From Germany: take the motorway to Salzburg-Villach-Italy.
From Vienna: the best route is the motorway to Villach via Graz.

Turn right about 15 km after Villach (towards Italy) at the Gailtal/Hermagor exit (immediately after the Südrast motorway service area towards Gailtal/Hermagor). Continue for about 30 km to Hermagor. A few kilometres after Hermagor, take the turning up to Sonnenalpe Nassfeld and then the Passhöhe road until you get to the Information Office. Now take a left to the Watschiger Almweg – and in just a few minutes you’ll arrive at Alpenhof Plattner.
