Important Information for Bookings

Cancellations:
In the event of late arrivals, premature departures, non-arrivals or the guest cancelling the booking agreement within the final month prior to the date of arrival, we will charge you cancellation fees equal to 80% of the booking price (less costs of meals) should we be unable to secure another occupancy for the rooms you have booked.

Deposit:
In general a deposit of EUR 150 is payable per room; for short stays we require a deposit of EUR 50 per room. Deposits must be paid into our account no later than one month prior to date of arrival.

Reductions:
Discounts are available for children up to the age of  14 and for young people aged between 15 and 18.

Arrival Dates and Times:
Please try to get to the Nassfeld by 6 pm – and tell us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6 pm.
